THALASIA has the following social media networks; Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and those that may be integrated in the future. THALASIA will allow the user the following actions on THALASIA’s social media profiles; once joined to the page or profile, the user may post comments, images or photographs, links, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the social network.

The user must be the holder of the intellectual property and copyright or have the necessary authorizations from affected third parties. Any publication on the page is expressly prohibited, whether they are texts, graphics, images, photographs, videos, etc., that violate or may violate morality, ethics, public order, good taste or decency, and/or that infringe, violate or break intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image, or any applicable provision of current regulations.

In any case, THALASIA reserves the right to immediately remove any content published on its social media networks and may request the permanent blocking of the user’s social network who uploaded the removed content. As indicated, THALASIA will not be responsible in any case for the content that has been freely published by a user. The user acknowledges that the posts they make on THALASIA’s social media will be known by other users. THALASIA will not store the photos and/or videos you upload to the social network, but these will remain on the social network as long as it is stipulated in their terms of use and privacy policy.

THALASIA reserves the right to conduct certain promotions, activities, and contests in which the “follower” user of THALASIA’s social media profile may participate.
